My teaching process is directly influenced by my own experiences as a performer where I worked with a variety of techniques, inspired by previous teachers, directors and choreographers. I teach based on experiential learning and my aim is to provide a supported and safe space for the learners, encouraging them to explore movement and go beyond their limits.

The material I choose to be explored in class is based on floor work principles where the aim of the session is to develop student’s awareness and encourage their relationship with and against the floor, to find organic and natural ways to fall, roll and move in and out of the floor in an effortless and safe way.

My aim when teaching is to let each student embody the material we explore to find a self-discovery and they're own way of moving.
