I am an interdisciplinary Brazilian artist based in the UK and have been creating works that transition between dance and theatre, collaborating with different artists who are interested in the body as the main medium for expression.  My main collaboration has been with Punchdrunk where for over 15 years, I have worked as a performer and later as assistant director and choreographer associate for the company. Other collaborations include Protein CompanyJasmin VardimonVincent Dance Theatre, Riptide Company and Theatre Rites also working alongside directors such as Tom Morris, Lucy Bailey, and Josh Seymour.

As a teacher and pedagogue, I am interested in forming artists through an integrative approach where both disciplines theatre and dance can be utilised as a way to find the performer's own physicality and movement vocabulary. Through an anthropophagic action I encourage each artist to do a "self cannibalism" enhancing their devising skills and enriching their performance presence.

I have worked in main Dance Conservatoires and Universities in the UK and currently, I am the Course leader for the MA Interdisciplinary Dance Performance at Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
