WELL-BEING YOGA
Wellbeing Yoga is Fernanda's own practice that combines a variety of methods of Yoga and Somatic Work, integrating Breath Awareness, Relaxation Poses, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

We will work on an individual programme, tailored specially for the person’s needs. I will guide and give tools to the individual to restore, re-energise, and recover as part of their own self healing process
On the 1st appointment I will build a case history of the patient, including any past illness or injuries. I will ask questions about their lifestyle and what goals the person would like to achieve and work on.
We will also do a body assessment and, depending on the circumstances, you may need further investigation with a specialist doctor.
